Support Ticket 4 Hour

Up to 4 hours of support to help your website or marketing. This could include:

• Content changes
• Website system updates
• Email support
• Social media
• Digital marketing
• Graphic design
• Other Moxwai services.

You will only be billed for the time used. We will invoice you at the end of the calendar month. If a job looks like it will take more than two hours we will issue proper estimate.

If a support issue is deemed to be the fault of Moxwai (eg: web-server related issue) you will not be charged for the time to fix it.
